Returns Policy for Custom-Made-to-Order Items

At LS Equestrian, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom-made-to-order products tailored to your specifications. Because each item is uniquely crafted according to your preferences, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom-made items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been customized, including made-to-measure sizing, colors, or design, cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed.

Accurate Measurements Are Essential: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct measurements when ordering made-to-measure items. We recommend using our detailed measuring guide to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions or need guidance, please contact us before placing your order.

Alterations

If your custom item does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided at the time of order, alterations can be made for a chargeable fee, plus any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us to discuss options for adjustments and pricing.

Exceptions

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error that does not match the order details provided, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

1. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

2. Clear photographs of the defect or issue.
